Former England football manager Graham Taylor has died at the age of 72. It appears he died suddenly of a suspected heart attack.

    My husband mentioned this Ron. That is young for nowadays.

    I'm glad he received the minute of applause at all grounds. He didn't do that well as England manager (but then apart from Sir Alf Ramsey, who has)? But he was a respected team manager and I do remember him managing Lincoln when they won the old 4th division with the highest points total ever.
