Congratulations Mig. As you know, I've been on my own SW journey, but with your progress you are truly putting me to shame with your quick results.
I'm delighted for you. Hope this week you get your first "half stone" award. Look up on the internet "what weighs 7lbs" - you'll be surprised at some of the answers you get! Made it easier for me to visualise the weight I'd lost.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you this next week.
Well done!

Bit disappointed only 1/2lb this week.0

Mig, please don't be upset at losing 1/2 pound. You've done so very well and it's still in the right direction. Not every week will be a big loss.Christine0

Mig, well done on the weight loss! Another half a pound and you'll get your first half stone award. Half a pound off is still positive progress.
If you recall my journey, most weeks I only lost half a pound! Just keep chipping away at it.
Those of us on this Forum are tenacious in what we strive to achieve. We have to be living with arthritis!
You'll do it, I know you will!

I echo what Barbara wrote. It won't be a huge amount every week but you'll do it.If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

That's fab well done! I'm trying to lose weight too and have been weighing out my food and eating 1200 calories a day for the past 3 weeks but not even lost half a pound! Is rather frustrating, am on steroids at the mo so not sure if that helps.0

Well done both mig and Grace111. You are both achieving. Little steps, when you look back, take you a long way. You should be proud of yourselves. If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

Mig, don't worry you'll do it.
If you remember I had several weeks where I either lost half a pound or maintained. Yes, it is frustrating but remember what you've lost and focus on that.
If it helps, look up on the internet what your weight loss equals. E.g., "what does 7lbs weigh?" You'll then get answers with regard to household items. You may recall at one point I had the equivalent of a steam iron to lose, then 2 kittens and 2 guinea pigs? It helped me enormously to visualise the weight in this way.
Good luck with the weigh in this week. And please let us know how you are getting on.
