UPDATE to "No internet"

Well, I'm back online. :lol:

I was reconnected yesterday afternoon. Turned out the router had packed up. It took the engineer 20 minutes to trace the fault to the router. After the engineer left I then had the challenge of reconnecting my laptop, mobile, tablet, kindle, and TV box to the router. Still need to reconnect the printer to the WiFi but as I usually used that plugged into the laptop when I do occasionally print I've not worried about that as yet. Thankfully the TV box found the connection automatically.

Apologies for any pocket duties I've missed.

    This isn't the first time someone has been on here and it was the router all along - including me!!
