Has anyone tried turmeric to help with the pain? Tablets or sprinkled on food?
Have been told it helps but after reading different reviews I dont know if its worth it or not!

It has been asked before and I'm sure it will be asked again. I think it's one of those things that helps those who do not have OA, well not as I experience it. In my early days of PsA I tried homeopathy, acupuncture, diet, supplements, magnets yada yada yada, both alone and combined. They didn't harm, neither did they help.
If these things were effective I think the forum wouldn't exist yet here it is. You have nothing to lose by trying but don't get your hopes too high. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0 -
I take golden paste, there is a fantastic facebook group Turmeric User Group UK that have lots of advice etc esp re interactions with drugs etc.
I find it helps me as I notice on days I forget to take it. But do bear in mind the placebo effect can be very strong, so how much is that I don't know, but am trying everything currently.0 -
Thanks. Someone at work told me about it and just wondered if it worked
