Well this is a new one on me, in the last week or so I have been on occasions experiencing pins and needles in my knee. Its not all the time, but right now as I type I can feel it.

Anyone else here experienced it in their joints?

It's difficult, isn't it? We naturally wonder whether it's to do with the arthritis or not and rightly so. I have pins and needles every now and again, I don't know why but I suspect it's because I haven't been moving around enough to maintain the oxygen supply to my muscles. I have not, however, felt it in my joints, just the muscles surrounding them. It can be hard to distinguish the source of pain - sadly practice makes perfect. DD
