Sorry not been on for a while

Hi, everyone, sorry not been on for a while, been busy with disabled site I volunteer on and also had major pain in left shoulder!! I have found I like to chill in my bedroom watching my programmes I recorded, found I like to watch Law & Order Special victims Unit!! So I will try and be good and post more in future!!
