    Well done, you're doing so much better than me, twice lately I've had to lose 1.5 stone just to get back to my previous weight, it ain't easy!

    Mig, I am so pleased and delighted for you. I knew you'd do this!

    I think that as those of us on here have arthritis living with us, this makes us determined in many avenues of our lives. That determination has helped you to reach your goal.
