    Hi Jayrea77,

Lovely to meet you, welcome to the forum from me too.

Pocket duties are requested when anyone has an appt with any of their medical team, when they might need a little extra support.

Of course we have to be quiet but make sure relevant questions aren't forgotten and all comments are remembered

    Take care
    Yvonne x

    Hi
    Welcome to the forum.
Most people don't realise what it means at first
As Yvonne says its to give other members a bit of support ....usually if they are going for some sort of a medical appointment. It can also be for something else, like someone who has an appointment for something else and is a bit nervous. Just ask if that hasn't been explained properly.
    Hope you enjoy the group

    Love
    Hileena

It started many years ago by an old (not in age) member, (skezier), who offered to be 'in the pocket' of another member, (I'm pretty sure it was Valval), who was very anxious about a hospital appointment.

It's just us saying to each other that we will think about someone on a given day.

It's just nice to know people are thinking of you.

    Love

    Toni xx
