Hello all, so happy to have found this forum. I'm 45 and have osteoarthritis, in my knees and one ankle - possibly elsewhere too.

I've had issues for a few years, but was officially diagnosed in Jan this year.

I guess I'm just looking for a space to chat about pain management, lifestyle changes and the different types of care around. I find it all quite confusing!!

Xx

Hi Robblu and welcome from me too :) I think the others have said it all so I'll just emphasise to wander around and join in on any thread anywhere or start your own. Living With Arthritis is probably the most popular one and probably the one most useful to you.
