Pocket duties please

Ok, I'm asking for pocket duties again but this one is an early call, 8.00am next Monday. It's for injections to my neck and shoulders under a local as far as I can tell. As I can't eat after 1 am that morning I think a full english breakfast afterwards will be called for.
It's in a private hospital so at least they have comfy chairs!
He did not say you will not be storm tossed, you will not be sore distressed, you will not be work weary. He said you will not be overcome.

    This may put people off. The time of my appointment has been altered. It's now 7.30 am!
