Just a few days till left TKR operation!!

Well the 22nd November is coming round fast and I've got most of what I wanted to get done before hand completed (Christmas cards, Birthday cards + presents brought. ) . The rest the OH will just have to do! Now it's time to get my head in the right place and pack my bag and go through booklet and do what needs to be completed on there. So I will keep you updated after it's been done!! :|

    Exciting times indeed! I hope all goes well, you're not the first to have this done and you certainly won't be the last but when it's you it's daunting . . . . . Be a good, sensible and patient patient and the reward will be yours. :) DD

    I hope the surgery went well and you are not in too much post-op pain. If I can help in any way, let me know. (As you may recall, I had my left TKR earlier this year).

    I hope you are home and comfy cosy in spite of the weather! We have snow lying here (very slight) unusual as we are in sight of the sea on the N Wales coast.

    Hi

    I guess you are busy organising Christmas celebrations in your house after being out of action for a little while. I'm hoping its from a chaise longue with lots of helpers present (the elf type who listen carefully and just what you ask for without lots of subsidiary questions :P )

    I bet you've got those exercises down pat by now, how long are they required?
