    Hello, it's nice to meet you but I am sorry you have had to find us. I gather you have trouble with your ankle (or ankles?) and I can empathise as both of mine are affected with osteo arthritis (as are both my knees and both hips). It's not fun, is it? I hope you find the forum to be of interest and that we can help with information and support. DD
