Is anyone else watching? I love this charming little series currently on BBC2 at 6.30pm, Monday to Friday. People turn up with their broken or damaged family treasures and skilled craftsmen work their magic to bring the items back up to scratch - and often beyond. The care, patience and skill that is employed is interesting and the look on people's faces when they see a heap restored to its former glory is often quite moving. Nothing is too big, too small, too modern or too old to receive attention. DD
