I have pain in the lower quadrant of my abdomen ie below the belly buttor - to the left and a bit to the right. I know some of it is to do with IBS but I am also being told that some of it is to do with my hip . adductor muscles. Does this make sense , does anyone else have smimlar problem

I've had two hip replacements. The pain was always in one of two places - my groin or the top centre of the affected buttock.

Maybe it is more likely to be your IBS. Have you tried checking out the NHS suggestions for an IBS diet? You might find something that helps. https://tinyurl.com/y8j83w8l
