........turn down the humidity. My joints are like lead (apart from the titanium ones) :x

However, please leave it high at Headingley as it's working wonders for our bowlers :D:D

Thankfully we are back to normal now and so am I, relatively speaking. It wasn't at all pleasant while it lasted.

On the plus side we really hammered 'em at Headingley :D

I am currently not at home and it's almost unpleasant: it has clouded over and the humidity has increased. I think a trip to the pub for a pint or two could be an answer  Care to join me? DD

The way I felt on Friday the pleasure of downing a couple of pints would have been greatly outweighed (no pun intended) by the struggle to get hand to mouth (and no, a straw is never the answer for beer :x ). However, we're now back to happy coolth and I'll be with you, wherever you are, asap.

I can totally sympathise with you SW and DD, humidity floors mem makes my joints screech and does me no good at all.

We have a portable AC unit in the front room and it has been a Godsend.

I will have a slimline tonic, if we are going to the pub :) XX
