A CT Scan, as you probably know, is a form of X-Ray examination. You might want to give your rheumatologist a call to enquire exactly why he or she wants you to have one. I would.

A CT scan differs to an MRI in what it shows and is a little more comfortable to undergo. I can understand why you are unsettled, I would view it as them being thorough, no more and no less. I think your diagnosis is still up-in-the-air somewhat, is that right? I know I should remember. but being under the arthritic cosh at the moment doesn't help. DD

Probably nerves, there's a lot going on at the moment with you and Mr Mig - you're needing results and action but having to wait. ((( ))) xxx
