    Welcome to the forum. You don't say why you have pain and if you have Arthritis. This forum is full of lovely understanding and encouraging people who will understand what you are going through and they all have Arthritis of some kind so just choose a forum and get started Living with Arthritis and Chit Chat being the most popular

    Hello, I have psoriatic and osteoarthritis plus fibromyalgia. Stuff hurts all the time but after twenty-plus years I am used to it and cannot imagine being pain-free; quite honestly that is a terrifying thought as I would just be there waiting for it all to come back so wouldn't be able to enjoy it. DD
