Hi all just registered on site I'm waiting for a hip replacement unfortunately I've started to loose time off work company has been understanding but I don't know how long that will last

welcome to our online community, it is lovely to have you here. Presently there are 2 or 3 people who have posted about waiting for hip replacements so you might like to chat to those people too on their threads.
As regards work it would be a good idea to have a look at the sickness policy and disability policy to see how they manage these things within the company.
