Tubigrip

I want to put a tubigrip on my thigh for a bit of support, but am so stiff cannot reach to get it over my ankle . Any advice : I have a thing that helps me put socks on would that work

    You can try. In my experience of sock aids they are all different and some more useful than others. But, before you start, remember you'll need to take it off again. If you can't reach your ankles how will you do that? I have a long-handled shoehorn device with a 'backscratcher 'Hand' on the other end. It's perfect for shoving socks off.

    I think exercises might yield a better result. Why not ask to see a physio?
    If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

    Oh well my sock aid does work with tubigrip and managed to remove it too , Just provide some support , and also wearing back corset when walkimg. All short term but hopefully will get to see physio or osteopath soon
