This technique has been recommended to me to possibly relieve colon and back pain. Does anyone kow anything about it

Be grateful for any information and views

    Has it been recommended by a medical professional?

    I've never heard of it so I Googled it. My impression is that the NHS don't offer it as there's no evidence to show it works.

    If you have a disease which affects your colon I think you'd do better to save your money and adopt whatever diet the NHS suggests. Along with exercises for the back pain.

    But do bear in mind this is simply my opinion. I know nothing about it and couldn't find out anything from sites I know to be reputable.
    If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

    There's only one way to find out if it would help. As the colon is not connected directly to arthritis it may be worth asking on a gut forum. DD
