Hi all
I went to the leisure centre today, it's been a long time I haven't been to the gym, especially after my operation. I used the hydropool today for an hour and it was wonderful. I am slowly getting back into the swing of things.
It was suggested to me to use the bicycle for 10 minutesand build from there. I was thinking of using the tread mill for a bit, then the bike. I'm not sure about the one the sking like activity; I might still try it at some point.
Thank you all for your encouragement.

Be careful, although things feel fine at the time the outcome 48 hours later (or sooner than that) can be painful. Always stop when you think you can do more, yes, you probably can do more but always consider the potential payback. DD

You're doing well, Marcia. I hope you can keep it up.Remember not to overdo things as that is so discouraging. Better to leave while wanting to do more. That way we don't feel it afterwards and have a motive to return.
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

Thank you Stickywicket and Dreamdaisy. I was thinking of going to the hydropool today and I decided to give it a miss and try and go Sunday morning instead.
I went for a bus ride in the evening to relax myself as I was unable to sleep.
I got up early Saturday morning and now I have cooked my dinner early and preparing to go out for a relaxing afternoon.
