Hi

As suggested by stickywicket here is an update.
I have seen the wrist surgeon here in my area and he has referred me to a wrist surgeon out of the area. It is over 100 miles from here but it seems to be the only way of getting the answers I need. The implant is causing me no trouble except for a bit of pain now and again, every few months, but X-rays show all is not well with it. I will have to wait until September to see someone so will update then.

It is a long slow process.

Isabel

Many things are, unfortunately. At least it's not causing problems. 100 miles is a long way to go but definitely worth it for an informed opinion. I hope it continues to behave in the interim. Thanks for the update and please keep in touch if we can be of help.
