Poorly Ankles ! Hello

Hi I have osteoarthritis in both ankles , I live in denial most of the time :? but I know I need support , so it’s good to find this forum x

    I'm sorry to hear you have osteoarthritis in both of your ankles. Are you having any treatment or taking any drugs at all?

    Hi thanks for the reply :) I’m in pain when I walk etc but I just take ibuprofen rather than stronger ones because of side effects. I think I have bone spurs now & im worried about the future. I haven’t been given much info , just stuff Iv read on Internet about fusion, which sounds v scarey! I keep my weight down but it’s hard to exercise because of pain. But if I rest too much i get stiff & more pain ! Hopeless! :|
