Self employed pig farmer

Hello: I’m Gavin I’m new to all of this I have just joined up with the hope of some help you see I’m a self employed pig farmer I run my parents pig farm and I am struggling to cope with work and I just don’t know what to do about it or if there’s any benefits I can get I just don’t know how or what to do about work so I’m hoping that someone can help and point me in the right direction.
