After a long, scary wait, a friend, in Canada, has just had a pacemaker fitted. She arrived at the hospital at 6.15am and left at 11.45am with instructions of what to do if........
That's 5½ hours from in to out :shock:
They weren't even going home as they live too far away so any hospital visit requires a stay in a hotel.
It makes me feel like a spoilt softie :oops:
