Hey all
This one isn’t for me, but for my grandmother who has been suffering badly with gout in her hand. She’s been taking painkillers but I was wondering if anyone had any holistic tips that could help her manage her symptoms.
Thanks

Thanks both so much. Reading up it’s likely being caused by other medication she’s on so I’ll speak to her about the potential treatments for her symptoms.
Thank you!0
