Pelvic Arthritis

Hello, I've been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my spine and pelvis, but in the last year I've steadily been getting more and more pain in my hip and groin area, spreading down this inside of my thigh and into my knee. I had an MRI scan last week and I'm waiting for the results, but I'm wondering if my hip/pelvis could be out of alignment, I have googled (yes I know I shouldn't) and it does sound a possibility, has anyone else had similar? And if so can anything be done? The Arthritis in my spine doesn't hurt at all

The pain going down the leg could be sciatica. If so there are different stretches you can look up online to help ease the pain 👍🏼1

A lot of us on here complain of groin pain when it's our hips so I will be very interested to hear what the MRI says and what 'they' can do to help you kc36
Please do let us know if you don't mind.
