Hi Biggins92 and welcome to the Versus Arthritis community.
Being tired and fatigued is a common feature of arthritis. We all know what it is like to feel totally washed out and not feel refreshed after a rest or sleep. Although you haven't had much pain recently, the constant low level ache can often be very debilitating over time.
Our website has a great page of information on this aspect of arthritis and includes some useful tips on self-management and what you can do to help yourself.
Do let us know how you get on and if you have found anything that helps you.
All best wishes
Brynmor
