Keep calm and carry on

Hi everyone
I have multiple joint pain started in my neck n back bulging discs now in elbows wrists hands knees n feet. Waiting to see a rheumatologist just need to get diagnosed. Taking mixture of drugs gabapentin naproxen n amitriptyline seem to be taking edge off as well as ten machine and calmness. With this awful virus at the moment everything is on hold goodness knows when I will see a rheumatologist. Think we just have to take every day as it comes and look for the bright things spring, flowers, birds music. Going to be hard for everyone we are all in the same boat. Esp not seeing our loved ones .thank goodness we have this website and technology. Stay safe everyone and keep washing our hands. Lots of good deeds and kindness hapodning everywhere despite what the papers say.
