Have any of you found anything to help with osteoarthritis in ankles, mine is joined by plate and 8 screws on outside
And 2 x screws on inside. And now severe osteo .

    I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems with osteoarthritis in your ankle. Can you say why there is a plate holding the ankle together?
