Osteoarthritis in both hips at 33.

Hi everyone, can anyone give me any personal experience on early signs of arthritis in the hip, my doctors says he doesn't think i have arthritis because of how much range of motion and no sharp pains when he tests with certain positions, he thinks my pain is something else. I've had a mri and it show early signs of wear and tear with no inflammation. I have groin/ buttock pain which is sometimes an achy feeling and sometimes a burning feeling. the pain doesn't bother me when I'm exercising it seems to be worst the day or two after.
