Help us test our new covid-19 bot
Are you interesting in testing a new digital service to support the elderly, vulnerable and self-isolating during the covid-19 pandemic?
We want to make it right for you, answer what you're asking for, and ensure we use the right wording.
What is the digital service?
Introducing COVA, the covid-19 virtual assistant. It can:
- understand and respond to questions relating to covid-19 for people with arthritis in a natural way
- complement existing services, such as our Helpline
- be available 24/7 for whenever you need health information
- provide us with insights to enable expansion of relevant health information over time
What we’re looking for help with
We are working to get COVA out as soon as possible, but we’d love for people with arthritis to help us test it before it launches on our website. Testing takes place next Monday/Tuesday
What you will need
A PC, laptop or tablet ideally to see the screen fully. You will need to be able to talk live to the testing team and can either use a mic through your computer or dial in by phone for the audio. You don't need a webcam unless you want to use one!
