Over a few short weeks the world changed. But, this weekend, it is still Easter! How will you be celebrating it this year?

In other news...

1. Calling all Lurkers / Readers say Hi

Each week we get quite a lot of new members and applicants who join up but don't make their first post. There are also a large number of non-members who come here daily to read the Community discussions as well as old Members who log in but also don't post.

As a new member yet to post why not visit this discussion and just say "Hi" 😃 Or, as an established member who hasn't posted for a while, come and join Stickywicket on the Calling All Lurkers thread. Maybe just come and introduce yourself in Say Hello. Everyone is most welcome.

2. We Are Undefeatable

Whether you’re self-isolating or working from home, we want to make sure we are here with you to make sure we all keep moving. We have some great home exercises available to download below and the We are Undefeatable website is being regularly updated with exercise tips, videos and stories as we all spend a little more time indoors.

Visit our We Are Undefeatable campaign page for more information and help.

3. ❤️ Our Online Community

A post from earlier this week and the problem is very real: "Does anyone have any tips on how to ease the nausea and cope with taking the methotrexate? I just want this to be over and get my life back. Thank you x "

Just look at the suggestions and support for How to cope with methotrexate side effects. This is why I ❤️ our Community.

4. COVID-19 advice for people taking steroids

If you take steroids as part of the treatment for people with conditions such as arthritis, vasculitis and joint pain, then there has been an important update to the advice available relating to the coronavirus outbreak. You can read our COVID-19 advice for people taking steroids here.

5. Google Arts and Culture

Google have partnered with a host of arts venues to bring remote access and virtual tours to some of the most famous and iconic science, arts venues and galleries across the world. Genuinely interesting with something for all.

6. COVA, our new COVID-19 virtual assistant

We launched COVA, the COVID-19 virtual assistant, to give much needed extra support to people with arthritis & musculoskeletal conditions during this time. With such high demand on services, we're proud to offer a new way to get vital information.

Stay safe and stay well.
