Difficult at times struggling with stiff and painful joints from he time you get up and struggle with joints that won t do what they use. I have psoriatic arthritis with patio arthritis. ostioperosis as well. I use methotrexate by weekly injections. But I'm can only use naproxen for imflamation. Any one else with psoriatic. I'm Jill from oxford.

Hello, I have PsA, osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia. I too am having a rough day today with the OA thanks to the temperature plummeting by more than twelve degrees in 24 hours. I inject meth weekly and humira fortnightly for the PsA and rely on minimum pain relief, rest and exercise to better manage the OA. I no longer take an anti-inflammatory as the meth and humira have reduced mine to nothing and any OA inflammation is localised and can be reduced with voltarol and rest. DD

Have you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben

I guess I'm a lot older been suffering with psoriatic since my thirtys. I'm finding lockdown ok as my life has with constant stiffness it limits me to go out for long. But the fatigue is something fairly new.I find it so hard to explain to people who have healthy joints the struggle to do every day simple chores.
