So much pain and no help right now

Hi does anyone have any tips on how I can manage better? My usual help can't come right now because of the lockdown. I'm a single mum to a 20 month old with RA and currently only taking naproxen and cocodamol? The other medications I have tried I ended up with severe side effects. Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated thank you.

Hi Mamawithpain,
Welcome to the forum. I'm really sorry to hear that things are difficult for you.
Here is a link to the section on the Versus Arthritis website on RA:
There is some useful advice here on coping with pain and managing symptoms.
It may be worthwhile to ask your GP for a referral to a pain clinic, although I'm aware there may be a delay in this, especially at the moment. It might help for the future though.
Good luck and best wishes,
Ann
