Hi everyone, I'm Marie I've had rheumatoid arthritis for 35 years.
Was diagnosed when I was 18years old I'm 53 year's old now...

    Hi Marie,

    It is lovely to meet you, I hope you have a great time on the online community and make some new friends along the way.

    You must feel like an old hand now, and it must have been very hard being diagnosed at 18, do you have any advice to give to the youngsters being diagnosed at 18 now?

    Are your medications keeping you relatively pain and symptom free? I do hope so. How are you managing the current situation, I am enjoying spending more time in the garden, it's funny but it still seems to need a lot doing and I have been busy, honest!

    Hi,
    I had both my wrist fused when I was 18 years old, (I'm now 53 years) i was a hairdresser at the time it didn't stop me at all,(it was done because of extreme pain.)
