    Hi Deborah,

    Welcome to the forum, it's good to have you with us. I can see from your other post that you were diagnosed with OA just before the lockdown - it's a always a big adjustment to come to terms with diagnosis, but I imagine particularly so at the moment with everything else that's happening in the world.

    Do feel free to join in discussions and chats on the forum and ask questions. Hopefully you will find it a very friendly and welcoming place.

    It's possible to search on previous discussions in the forum (you should see a search box on the left hand side, above the yellow "New Discussion" bar) which can be useful, especially if you are newly diagnosed and would like to explore a particular subject.
