Hi

I would just like to say hello I am new to this site and looking for new ideas and ways to manage my arthritis from people who may have had arthritis for a while and perhaps know what works best.

    Hi, I'm new as well, which arthritis do you have? I have Osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia.

    I have osteoarthritis and having just retired looking forward to enjoying getting out and about after working for many years, but it was not to be.

    I am hoping to exercise to improve symptoms
