Can you please recommend any exercise DVDS to buy I have a particular problem with my feet PTTD and shoulder

Nice to meet you. 😊 I have got a dvd called Tia Chi for arthritis by Paul Lam which I find useful. There are quite a few different routines on it. I also like to walk in the swimming pool but of course I can't do that at the moment. What kind of exercise are you looking for
