Supplements have a role to play but they do not stop arthritis, restore damaged joints to health or relieve pain. I take Vit D plus calcium on a daily basis as that is of proven benefit. By all means try it - check the ingredients for any interaction with proper medication prescribed by your GP - but do your best not to expect miracles because they do not happen. I've had dreams come true but that's all - and none of them had anything to do with arthritis. DD
