    Thank you for joining our online community. Welcome. Its great that we are getting new members, do have a look around and post wherever you feel you could lift someones spirits with a kind word or friendly advice.

    We also have a café with cups of tea and savoury offerings, cakes are often served in Matrons Munchies just next door, both named in honour of past members. If it's gardening, pets or any other subject pop into the Chit Chat zone

    Hello, I have psoriatic and osteoarthritis. It isn't fun but it is what it is, it won't be going away which helps because I know where I am: up a creek without a paddle and a rapidly disintegrating canoe. DD
