    It certainly is difficult living with pain I have to agree. However you have come to the right place to chat to others who understand and might just find some new tips to help you.

    Having had your Rheumatoid arthritis for 21 years I expect you will have plenty of experience to share with our members too.

    Hello, I have PsA amd OA, pain is a fact of life and has been since 1997. It is tiring, wearing, exhausting, demoralising, debilitating, depressing and alienating but apart from that it's OK - NOT. It affects every area of my life and much more so if I focus on it so I don't. I take a small amount of my prescribed pain relief and divert my attention away from it with my chores and hobbies. DD
