Hi everyone .
Am new here not really sure how it all works.
I am 35 have osteoarthritis of the secridciliac join... spine... shoulder and right arm... it is spreading quickly.
I have managed the bottom of my back for a few years but spine shoulder neck and arm is all new to me and I am finding it difficult. How do you all manage please .. I work as a cleaner ( not ideal) I have 4 children also so am always on the go .

    Hi Leanne welcome to the arthritis community,sorry you are in a lot of pain at the moment everyone here has a form of arthritis and goes through various levels of pain, we are also very friendly and sympathetic people who will help you feel very welcome.
