Hi Shelaghann welcome to the community, sorry you are in pain at the moment especially at night. I usually sleep with pillows wherever I am in pain mostly my legs sometimes a pillow placed underneath my legs ankles releases the pain. I am sure you will be get more suggestions, as everyone here has a form of arthritis and goes through various levels of pain.

Hope all goes well for you Christine

Extra Oramorph before hitting the sack helps a little bit but still only get 2 or 3 hours kip before I return to my recliner.

Hi @shelaghann I have slow release meds. Arcoxia is my anti-inflammatory (cox2 so kinder to my stomach) lasts 24 hours and also pain patches.

It did take along time to get decent pain relief from my Dr. but worth persevering.

Sometimes though despite everything you just have to 'get through' a bad time ((()))

    take care
