Can diet help with Rheumatoid arthritis

Hi. Am on the top cocktail of medication and don’t seem to be helping. Can changing you diet help with my condition?

    welcome to the forum, I'm sorry your struggling. From what I've read diet doesn't seem to make a difference.

    Thanks for getting back, much appreciated. Been struggling from September last year when a virus lead me to having 2 x seizures and kicked of fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis. As I said since then been really struggling, but my husband has been on all different forums and websites, which has lead him to believe that diet my have a lot to do with flare ups. So was just wondering if anyone had tried to eliminate or increase certain foods from their diet and if so what they were? He said the gluten my a contributing factor? Thanks
