A little about me. Pain bad today

I have had a chronic back injury for approx 25 years. Had surgery, did not work! Had a knee injury last year October which flared up osteoarthritis. The pain is horrendous and sometimes I just sit and cry. I was so independent, worked, got out and about, but now cannot even walk around my 1 level-one bedroom flat. My pain is real bad today but got 2 of my 7 grand children with me. Cannot cry in front of them

    Welcome to the Arthritis community,pain is hard and I am so sorry you are not in a good place at the moment. We are all friendly and understanding and will try and make you feel part of the forum the most popular forums are Living with Arthritis and Chit Chat. Pain is part of our lives too as everyone here has a form of arthritis and goes through various levels of pain.
