Is it okay to take Naproxen and Paracetamol together?

I have Psoroiatic Arthritis and I am on Naproxen for my condition, is it okay to take Naproxen and Paracetamol together.

As you will have realised we are not medically trained so it would not be possible for us to answer this question, the best person to ask would be your GP or a pharmacist would be able to advise you.
