Hi my name is Cathy and have been diagnosed with severe arthritis in my knees and I didn’t realise how much it would impact my life. I have always worked in hospitality, managing hotels and the joys of endless hours waitressing in high heels. Now the thought of wearing heels are enough to make me cry, the pain everyday of trying to walk never mind do my job properly means I now also suffer from depression. Now due to talking naproxen for a long time I have been diagnosed with a stomach ulcer after being rushed into hospital in February. I really never thought I would feel this sore and am looking forward to getting some tips on how to deal better with everyday life
