how to live with arthritis

Hi , ive recently been told i have osteoarthritis in both knees , i feel so low and i feel as if my life as been taken away from me as i have allways been so active and im only 52

    I know how you feel! Acceptance that one cannot do what one used to is not easy, try to concentrate on what you CAN do.

    I don’t mean to downgrade R/A, but having had three old friends die of cancer and two of brain tumours, I reckon that I can just about tolerate my R/A.
