Hi everyone
Confirmed last week oesteoathritis hands and feet I was very concerned it was rhumatoid. Getting my head around the future as hands are disabling at the moment and I’m a very outdoor active person watersports biking etc
I had a 3 month trial using Aloe Vera with glucosamine which helped but expensive looking for exploring all avenues for pain relief and to slow down the deterioration of the areas. At this point should I be limiting use of hands I have a couple of 5 hour tough cleaning jobs which are suspended with the virus wondering if alternative work less taxing in the hands would be better long term
Many thanks
